Arrival: I ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your session. This allows you ample time to check-in, complete a short health intake form and then prepare for your session.
Late Policy: Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next client is not delayed. You will also be expected to pay the full amount of what would have been your treatment time should you arrive late to your appointment. In the case that I am running late, you will receive your full scheduled treatment time.
Missed Appointments: When you book an appointment with us that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I never double book and I try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.
With that said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone (612-867-1335) at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me, leave a message on my voicemail. If I do not hear from you and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy must and will be applied.
Note: We recognize there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
Please understand that I am a small business and it is necessary for me to enforce these policies.
